It is said that music soothes. Medicine can help, too. Maybe that is why many Native American cultures combined music, dance, and medicine for healing artistry.
So, it is not so surprising to learn that a local medical service provider is an accomplished musician, also.
Dr. Robert Hall is a chiropractor who operates Broadway Plaza Pain Relief Center in Merrillville, Indiana. But, also, he sings and plays guitar. He seems to run in circles of medical people who are talented artists, too. Recently, Dr. Robert Kaufman, also a chiropractor in Merrillville, helped Dr. Hall by taking special photographs of Hall that were used for illustrations in the jacket of Dr. Hall’s first CD.
Dr. Hall recorded his favorite songs and some original songs at his home on a digital workstation from 2002 to 2004. He played guitar, acoustic guitar, and bass guitar for the recordings.
I have heard Dr. Hall’s CD which he named “October Sunset”. It is a very good CD. It reminds me of the kind of smooth jazz or soft, easy listening music that many radio stations play. I was very impressed by the quality of the recording. Now, sometimes when I have some difficulty falling asleep at night, “October Sunset” is one of the CD’s that I play to help me to relax and sleep. Bob Hall’s music and CD are very soothing and pleasant.
If you’d like a copy of the “October Sunset” CD, just call Dr. Hall’s office at 219-884-3250 and learn how to get it.
