LETTER TO EDITOR ABOUT OBAMACARE AND SUPREME COURT

I sent this letter to the editor of USA Today, but they did not use it.

So, I sent it to other newspapers. Few used it.

LETTER TO EDITOR

The main duty of the U.S. Supreme Court is to protect the Constitution from federal politicians – not protect federal politicians from the Constitution. In the recent decision about Obamacare, the U.S. Supreme Court failed miserably to fulfill that supreme duty.

If the President, the Congress, and the U.S. Supreme Court ignore the words, promises, and guarantees of the U.S. Constitution, then haven’t all of us lost our constitutional rights? And if we have lost our constitutional rights, hasn’t every public official lost all constitutional authority?

Every federal, state, and local politician, bureaucrat, judge, and employee must swear an oath to protect and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies both foreign and domestic.

When a person – any person – makes that oath with no intention to keep it, that person is a liar, a thief, and an enemy of our Constitution, our people, and our nation.
