On Wednesday, September 11, 2013, I helped a senior citizen client from Valparaiso, Indiana. The woman had a problem with a bill from a famous medical clinic. Her insurance agent told her that I was the person to see to get help.

As I was helping her, she told me that she never expected to be helped by someone who looked like Wolf Blitzer – the famous reporter. Sorry! Wolf Blitzer I am not. But, I do have a Journalism and writing background. I have won some awards for my writing and I am a book author.

One of the skills that Wolf Blitzer and I share is our ability to ask questions, gather information, and then restate that information clearly and briefly. Wolf Blitzer uses that skill to report news through the media. I use that skill to make phone calls and write letters that save senior citizen clients money by resolving medical bill problems that are usually caused by mistakes in the Medicare system.

I have heard that Wolf Blitzer gets paid a lot of money to report the news. I don’t get as much money for what I do. But, I have saved senior citizen clients of the insurance agency where I work over one million dollars. Because I believe that Medicare mistakes cost senior citizens over one billion dollars every year, I wrote the book SOLVING MEDICARE PROBLEM$ (www.solvingmedicareproblems.com) to teach and encourage other people around the country to help senior citizens by doing what I do.

Who knows? Maybe someday Wolf Blitzer will do a story about me and my book. Then, everyone watching his report will think that they are seeing double.

Note: Woodrow Wilcox is the senior medical bill case worker at Senior Care Insurance Services in Merrillville, Indiana. He has helped clients of that insurance agency save over one million dollars by correcting mistakes in the Medicare medical billing system. He is the author of SOLVING MEDICARE PROBLEM$.
